Healthy food and respect for the environment are fundamental to our society. That is why we think it is important to produce high quality olive oil with respect for nature.
Our olive farm is located in UNESCO’s Biosphere Reserve ‘Monte Peglia’. We produce a 100% natural extra virgin olive oil.
The result is an extra-virgin olive oil of superior quality, rich in polyphenols, vegetable squalene, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, and derived from a blend of three different olive varieties (Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino) for an outstanding blend of the best olive oils.
An oil with a full taste, fresh, refined, velvety and fruity, with good components of spicy and bitter (typical of oils of excellent quality), with hints of almond, artichoke, tomato and aromatic herbs. The oil is obtained through a cold production method (cold pressing), this technique ensures a production method capable of enhancing the quality, sensory and organoleptic properties of great extra-virgin olive oil, and also preserves all the nutritional values that benefit our spirit and health.
